Crafted with Love: The Materials & Foundation

Every great scrapbook starts with a sturdy foundation and vibrant papers. For this project, I selected the sleek and reliable 6x8 Simple Stories SNAP Binder in Black. The dark binder frame provides a bold, classic backdrop that lets the colorful paper collections truly pop off the page.

To bring this pet story to life, I utilized a fantastic mix of products from Doodlebug Design’s beloved Doggone Cute collection:

• Doodlebug Doggone Cute Scrapbook Kit: Filled with bright, cheery patterns featuring happy pups, doghouses, tennis balls, paw prints, and treats.

• Doggone Cute Chit Chat & Odds & Ends Embellishments: Layered die-cuts, playful phrases, adorable puppy characters, and detailed icons.

• 12x12 Petite Print Assortment & Solid Assortment: Premium textured and patterned papers used for sturdy mats, photo frames, and interactive flaps.

The spine is tied together with vibrant red and deep blue sheer ribbons, completed with a gorgeous multi-piece dog charm featuring a blue paw print, a bone, and tiny pet accents. It gives the album an immediate gift-worthy look standard photo books just can't match.
